Dear guests, from 16 July 2018 the resort fee will be applied.
The resort fee will be applied from 16.07.2018 in accordance with the Federal law «About carrying out experiment on development of resort infrastructure in the Republic of Crimea, Altai Region, Krasnodar Region and Stavropol Region ” and the law of Krasnodar Region of 27.11.2017 № 3690-KZ «About introduction of the resort fee on the territory of Krasnodar Region and modification of the Law of Krasnodar Region “About administrative offenses”.
Hotels are required to charge tourists the resort fee and transfer it to the budget of the subject of the Russian Federation. According to the law, guests should pay the resort fee upon arrival by themselves in cash or by credit card. Resort fee cannot be included in the rate or other services. The resort fee is 10 rub per night, per person over 18 years old.
In case of refusal to pay the resort fee, the law obliges the hotel to inform the Supervisory authority, which will make an administrative decision.
